Jim Harmon is senior vice president of operations working closely with the president and CEO to drive strategies that contribute to the top and bottom-line growth. He is responsible for day-to-day operations, including the overall management and administration of finance, accounting, information technology, human resources, operations, business development, and facilities. Jim develops people and processes required for continued growth and improvement of service delivery. He collaborates and partners with the management team to develop, improve, and document the policies and procedures to drive organizational objectives and consistent practices for all aspects of the business. Prior to joining ESA South, Jim worked for Electronic Environments Co. (EEC) and held various management positions. Jim is a service-disabled veteran who served in the United States Marine Corps.
