Kevin Harmon has more than 15 years of construction experience in the commercial and federal sectors as a project manager and small business owner. Kevin is a result driven, hands-on construction and development professional with an excellent track record for the successful completion of multi-million-dollar projects based on strong partnerships and building positive rapport with clients. He has accountability for the full range of construction operations and a passion for challenge, structure, enhancement of cost effectiveness, and staff development. Kevin leads ESA’s disaster relief services providing pre-event readiness, logistics, and rapid response coordination to get boots on the ground.
