ESA South Opens New Headquarters in Pensacola, Marking a New Chapter of Growth

For more than two decades, ESA South has grown from a Northwest Florida construction company into a nationwide design-build, construction, renovation, facilities maintenance, and project management firm. Now, the company is beginning an exciting new chapter with the opening of its new corporate headquarters in Pensacola, Florida.

Located at 900 North 12th Avenue, Pensacola, Florida 32501, ESA South’s new headquarters places the company in a highly visible and accessible location that reflects its continued growth while strengthening its connection to the community where it was founded.

Founded locally in 1999, ESA South has spent the past 26 years building a reputation rooted in excellence, integrity, and customer service. What began as a local company serving the Gulf Coast has expanded into an organization delivering work throughout the United States and the Caribbean, while remaining closely connected to Northwest Florida.

The move from ESA South’s previous headquarters in Central Commerce Park on Success Drive in Cantonment to Pensacola represents more than a change of address. It marks a meaningful milestone in the company’s growth and reinforces its long-standing commitment to the region it proudly calls home.

To celebrate the occasion, ESA South hosted a community Open House on Friday, July 24, welcoming local leaders, business partners, clients, employees, and community members to tour the new headquarters and celebrate the company’s next chapter. 

For Sean Harmon, Founder, President and CEO of ESA South, the move is deeply personal.
